Deduction of tax at source under Section 194A of the Income-tax Act, 1961- Interest other than interest on securities - notifies the Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd., New Delhi NOTIFICATION NO. 1/2010 DATED 4-1-2010 S.O. 28(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (f) of clause (iii) of sub-section (3) of Section 194A of the Income Tax Act , the Central Government hereby notifies the Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd., New Delhi for the purpose of said clause.
