Can anyome explain the relevance of form DVat 32? Whyand when it is used?

Dear Chandan,

This is a form under DVAT Act, 2003 which is duly filled by the owner of vehicle, driver of vehicle and accompanied the Sale Invoice or Delivery Challan with it.
