Therefore, the goods are liable for confiscation - Tri    Left Stop Right

Sir, I am starting a Partnership concern, Please suggest me how to apply for PAN Card for firm"s name and about application form.

Applicaton form is the same for individuals/Firms etc.

Form for applying PAN is available in the webpage www.tin-nsdl.com. The partnership deed can be submitted as an address proof.

You may download the pan form from the following link http://www.taxmanagementindia.com/visitor/detail_forms.asp?ID=805.

Along with the pan form a supporting document i.e. Partnership deed need to be attached as an id and address proof of the firm.
