(2) The cancellation of a certificate shall be effective, (a) in a case falling under clause (a) of sub-regulation (1), on the date on which and during the period for which the name of the holder of the certificate was removed from the Register of members; (b) in a case falling under clause (d) of sub-regulation (1), from the 15th day following the date of issue of notice by the Secretary on or after the 1st day of October; and (c) in any other case from such date and for such period, as may be decided by the Council; (3) When a certi .....
