..... THI - The Reply = Then there will be no problem. . Your consignee has not physically received 40% goods and you have accounted for the said goods in your books of accounts. It is a procedure lapse. Keeping in view GST, a new levy, Govt. is lenient for two months at least. In this case, there is no revenue loss to the Govt. However, such practice should not be repeated.
