2024 (9) TMI 1748 - SCH - Income TaxApplication seeking condonation of delay in filing special leave petition as well as special leave petition Show cause notice was issued on 12.01.2024 to sole respondent by registered AD post.Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearnace and counter affidavit on behalf of sole respondent.
