Assessment will be done in a faceless manner or not? HELD THAT - The Income Tax Department shall file a report in response to the allegations made in this writ petition within a period of seven days from date. The affidavit shall disclose whether the assessment of the petitioner will be done in a faceless manner or not. The interim order granted earlier is extended for a further period of three weeks.
