NO. 02 dated 17th June, 2015 Subject: Reference PN No. 17/2015-20: Manual filing for Status Holder Certificate in ANF 3C of Hand Book of Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, till stipulated time. Attention of all the members of trade and industry is invited to Public Notice No. 17/2015-20 dated 04.06.2015 whereby exporters have been allowed to file applications for Status Holder Certificate manually, till the EDI online module is ready or upto 30.09.2015, whichever is earlier. Earlier, in terms of provisions contained in Para 3.19(b) of HBP 2015-20 , applicants were advised by this office to file Status Certificate application in online mode only. However, EDI online module is not operational so far and therefore the Directorate has issued Public Notice No. 17 dated 04.06.2015 as referred above as a measure of trade facilitation. Accordingly, all concerned are advised now to avail the opportunity of filing such applications manually within the time limit stipulated in Public Notice No. 17 . However, the said applications should be filed as per ANF 3C of the Handbook of Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20.
