Road , Ponneri Taluk , Thiruvallur District , Chennai - 601 203 - Regarding ********** Attention of the Steamer Agents, Importers, Exporters and their representatives (Custom House Brokers) is invited to this Custom House Public Notice No. 124/2009 dated 24.12.2009 declaring the premises of M/S. APM Terminal India Pvt. Ltd. CFS, No. 78, Anuppampattu Village, T.H. Road, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Chennai - 601 203, as. 'Customs Area' under Sub- section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962 and appointed as 'Custodian' vide Public Notice No. 125/2009 dated 24.12.2009 under section 45(1) of Customs Act, 1962 for handling of both Import and Export Cargo and Public Notice No. 221/2015 dated 27.11.2015 extending the area for Import LCL from 50 Sq.mtr to 1200 Sq.mtr and the area for export cargo limited to 1383 Sq.mtr. 2. Now on the request of M/S. APM Terminal India Pvt. Ltd. CFS, No. 78, Anuppampattu Village , T.H. Road , Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Chennai - 601 203, out of total area of 1383 Sq.mtr notified vide Public Notice No. 221/2015 dated 27.11.2015 for export cargo, I Dr. Anil K. Nigam, Commissioner of Customs, (Chennai-VIII), Custom House, Chennai, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962 hereby notify an area of 1198 Sq.mtr for handling Export LCL cargo and 185 Sq.mtr for handling Export FCL cargo.
