S.O.(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) , as amended, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the amendments with immediate effect in List 'A', 'B' and 'C' below Note 1 under Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification - Schedule 2 (Export Policy): 2. The existing entries against List 'A', 'B' and 'C' below Note 1 under Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification - Schedule 2 (Export Policy) will be substituted as under: Chapter 31 Fertilisers Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 Note 1 Manufacturers of SSP, DAP and NP / NPK who can freely export their own manufactures subject to the conditions above.
