MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st March, 2018 S.O. 1435(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 205 of the Finance Act, 2018 (No.13 of 2018) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st April, 2018 as the date on which the Part XIII of Chapter VIII of the said Act shall come into force.
