MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st October, 2018 S.O. 5098(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st October, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of sub-sections (1) and (12) of Section 132 of the said Act shall come into force.
