MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th October, 2018 S.O. 5385(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the 24th October, 2018 as the date on which the sub-sections (2), (4), (5), (10), (13), (14) and (15) of section 132 of the said Act shall come into force.
