Central Government appoints the 28th August, 2020 as the date on which the provision of clause (ii) of section 23 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 shall come into force - S.O. 2920 (E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th August, 2020 S.O. 2920(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 28th August, 2020 as the date on which the provision of clause (ii) of section 23 of the said Act shall come into force.
