Manner to issue duty credit for goods exported under the Scheme for Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Notified - Seeks to amend Notification No. 76/2021-Customs (N.T.), dated the 23rd September, 2021 - 75/2022 - Customs - Non Tariff

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) CENTRAL BOARD OF INDIRECT TAXES AND CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION NO. 75/2022-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 14th September, 2022 G.S.R. 698 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 51B of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 655 (E), dated the 23 rd September, 2021 , namely:- In the said notification, namely:- (i) In clause 4, sub-clause (2) shall be omitted. (ii) In clause 5, sub-clause (5) shall be omitted. (iii) In clause 6, the words or the transferee shall be omitted. [F.
