Amendment of section 127B.

57. In the Customs Act, 1962 [52 of 1962.] (hereinafter referred to as the Customs Act), in section 127B, in subsection (1), for the words "but excluding the goods not included in the entry made under this Act", the words "or otherwise" shall be substituted.

Clause 57 of the Bill seeks to amend section 127B of the Customs Act with a view to substitute the words "but excluding the goods not included in the entry made under this Act", with the words "or otherwise".
