Power to exempt in certain cases
152. The Central Government may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, exempt any unclaimed amount or institution or class of unclaimed amounts or institutions from any or all of the provisions of this Chapter, either generally or for such period as may be specified.
Notes on Clauses:
Clauses 152 to 153 of the Bill deal with power of the Central Government to exempt in certain cases and power of the Central Government to issue an order for removing the difficulties with respect to the implementation of the said chapter.
