AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT ACT, 2003

Amendment of section 4.

178. In the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2003 (39 of 2003), in section 4, for the figures, letters and word ‘‘31st March, 2015’’, wherever they occur, the figures, letters and word ‘‘31st March, 2018’’ shall be substituted.

Notes on Clauses:

Clause 178 of the Bill seeks to amend section 4 of the fiscal responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2003 so as to enhance the period specified in the said section from 2015 to 2018.
