Amendment of section 127H

87. In the Customs Act, in section 127H, in sub-section (1), the Explanation shall be omitted.

Notes on Clauses:

Clause 87 of the Bill seeks to amend section 127H of the Customs Act, so as to omit the Explanation thereto.
