Section 13 - Adjudicating Authority - Foreign Trade (D&R) Act 1992

Extract

Adjudicating Authority 13. Any penalty may be imposed or any confiscation may be adjudged under this Act by the Director General or, subject to such limits as may be specified, by such other officer as the Central Government may by notification in the OfficialGazettte, authorise in this behalf.

53/2015-2020 - Dated: 31-12-2020 - Foreign Trade Policy - Central Government hereby authorizes the officers for the purposes of exercising powers under Section 13 read with Section 11 of the FT(DR) Act, 1992
101 (RE-2013)/2009-14 - Dated: 5-12-2014 - Foreign Trade Policy - Functioning of Appellate Authority against the orders passed by the Adjudicating Authorities authorized by the Central Government under Section 13 of the said Act and specified in column 2 .
21 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 - Dated: 13-6-2013 - Foreign Trade Policy - Central Government hereby authorizes the officers to function as Appellate Authority.
20 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 - Dated: 13-6-2013 - Foreign Trade Policy - Central Government hereby authorizes the officers for the purposes of exercising powers under Section 13 read with Section 11 of the FT(DR) Act, 1992.
