General requirements 1. For the purpose of implementing this Agreement, the following goods shall be considered as originating from a Party: (a) the goods wholly produced or obtained in the territory of the Party as defined in Article 5 of these Rules; (b) the goods not wholly produced in the territory of the Party, provided that the said products are eligible under Article 6 read with Article 7, and/or Article 4 of these Rules.
