CHAPTER VIII

112. Substitution of long title to Act 5 of 1873.

In the Government Savings Banks Act, 1873 (hereafter in this Part referred to as the principal Act), for the long title, the following shall be substituted, namely:––

“An Act to regulate and channelise the savings from general public into Government Savings Schemes.”.
