129. Amendment of section 14.
In section 14 of the principal Act, for the word “Government”, the words “Central Government” shall be substituted.
Notes on Clauses:
Clause 129 of the Bill seeks to amend section 14 of the Act, so as to substitute the word "Government" with the words "Central Government".
