180. Amendment of section 15F.
In the principal Act, in section 15F, in clause (b), for the words “he sponsors or carries on any such collective investment scheme including mutual funds”, the words “such failure continues” shall be substituted.
Notes on Clauses:
Clause 180 of the Bill seeks to amend section 15F of the Act, to omit certain references not relevant for a stock-broker.
