192. Amendment of section 19H.
In section 19H of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), for the figures, letters and words ‘‘19F and 19G, the Board shall”, the figures, letters and words ‘‘19F, 19FA and 19G, the Board may” shall be substituted.
Notes on Clauses:
Clause 192 of the Bill seeks to amend section 19H of the Act, to provide for the Board to levy monetary penalty under the said Act by itself or its officer, not below the rank of Division Chief.
