197. Amendment of Chapter V.

In Chapter V of the principal Act, for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-

“MISCELLANEOUS”.

Notes on Clauses:

Clause 197 of the Bill seeks to make consequential amendment in the Chapter heading of the Act.
