Compliance. - Every insolvency professional agency registered as on the date of commencement of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model Bye-Laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, shall comply with regulations 5 and 5A within one year from the date of such commencement. ] ******* Notes 1.
