India is a rich country with abundance of Natural & Human resources  and good traditions & culture. The only corruption & Black Money is a great threat to the India’s social, economical and National integrity. Besides to this  selfishness, favoritism , illiteracy, poorness of majority people  and loop holes in the systems  etc., also  pulling down the growth and G.D.P. of the country.

Generally, when the elections are coming to near, the Political leaders of different parties will focus on the  loop holes and weak points of the  people viz., poor ness, corruption, illiteracy, illness, regions, religions, castes, innocence, cini  glamour, greediness, desires  and other natural or artificial problems of the poor etc., to get more advantage of votes in elections. Based on that political leaders will give rosy  promises as they wish, to come to the power at hook and cook and forget the promises or compromise us  with probloms.

It is a general tendency that the central govt. and political parties together may spent either directly or indirectly for every 5 years , about more than ₹ 10,000 cores for General Elections. I strongly believe, if the Parliament and  Election commission   implement the following  political reforms, before the elections by passing necessary bills, definitely, ‘increase the value of elections’ , INDIA will become  no.1 Un-corrupted country in the world, Crores of rupees & time will be saved and all the people will live healthy, wealthy, happily & with freedom.

Today, majority of the people and present ruling  political parties with majority strength in the “Loka sabha’ , eager to eradicate the corruption and Black Money from the grass roots. This is possible only when the ‘elected leaders are honest , educated and capable to rule the country in harmonious environment’. Hence , this is the right time to bring the reforms in ”Election System”  and implement  the same in the near future ‘General Elections’. So that,  all the people and parties are requested  to support to bring some changes or Reforms in the ‘Election System’ or express their views to understand the majority people.

We hope that all the political parties and people will certainly accept and support to implement the ‘Reforms’ or keep the same in their ‘Manifestoes’. The majority people are expecting/requesting  to bring the ‘Election Reforms‘ are as under:

  1. Parties/Independents  have to file their promises what they are giving to the public at the time of road shows and meetings, in the form of affidavit (manifesto) during nomination and it should be released to the public. After forming the Govt., if they can’t fulfil their promises or at least can’t start within 90 days from the date of formation of the Govt. or if they rule fraudulently, must dissolve the govt. and give the chance to the next majority party and so on. Election commission and  the Voters should have the rights to ‘re call’  the MLA’s, MP’s etc,.
  1. candidates must declare all their assets  ( including national & International and benami assets) and names and addresses of family members and kith & kin and Bank Accounts & PAN Nos.
  1. candidates should be clean and faire from all Laws & Acts. Those  who are in serious offences etc,. should not be eligible  to contest any where in India.
  1. Parties should not demand and accept any huge amount of cash , cheques or drafts or any other means from the public or corporate or trusts except registration fee Re 1 to ₹ 25. Other wise, here only  corruption is being started. Central Election Commission’ should give the permission to the  People, corporate companies and Trusts etc. to send  their donations or subscriptions etc.,  through cheques, drafts ,RTGS/NEFT/IMPS to  the “Central  election fund” under control of ‘Central Chief Election Commissioner’. And  the election commission will distribute the funds to the  registered parties as specified limits. Candidates also can spend their own money  subject to limit of maximum expenditure as permited by the election commission.
  1. Once the candidates elected by the voters, he/she  should not jump in to the other party. If he/she desires, must resign and may contest freshly after 5 years or next elections as the case may be. Independents may give support to the other parties at the interest of  mass  people.
  1. Candidates should contest from only one place and with in the state only. In one area  he/she has defeated means , that he/she lost faith in the public. Hence, he/she  must not contest from two places.
  1. Parties should not threaten and should not attract the voters by proposing cash or any other means  etc.
  1. candidates should be healthy and maximum age limit should be 75 and minimum 25. Education qualification must be at least any degree. Further, Candidates should not be permitted to contest as MP/MLA/MLCs,  more than 2 terms in elections.
  1. Must get it pass the  “Lokpal” Bill and all the Indian people  must come   under the “Lokpal” limits.
  1. Govt. employees and Celebrities  should not contest in the elections till 5   years from the date of  their resignation or retirement or termination. The reason is that the power and glamour etc., influencing the voters to cast their valuable vote, without giving a chance to think.
  1. Once the opposition parties  loose the confidence on the Govt., they may demand for “vote of confidence”. However, no parties  should not pass “VIP”s  at any  “no confidence Motions ”. So  that the leaders will have the fear and they will work for people  more efficiently without any negligence , frauds and corruption.
  1. Once the candidates resigned with their personal egos and challenges etc., they must not be allowed for the elections for next 5 years or next elections which ever is higher.
  1. Must not entertain  to gain pettiness votes on death of  family leaders, which will destroy the interest  of the people for next 5 years  and also efficient candidates will loose the choice for the next 5 years.
  1. India is a democratic and  a secular state. All type of religions, casts, have the equal rights to live and express their views. Hence ,  elections should be conducted based on  “Honest , Political knowledge and Leadership qualities” only. But not based on ‘present election system.
  1.    candidates  should be declared as elected, when he/she got more than 50 % votes, out of total poled  votes only.

All  types of  Charitable Trusts, Foundations, Associates, Institutions, Machineries, Eye banks, Blood banks, Kidneys bank  etc., whatever  so name it may  called, must be registered under the companies act,1956. Books of accounts to be audited (source of income and expenditure) transparently and controlled by the  ROC, RBI, CLB, SEBI AND FEMA. All the incomes  must be taxed  as per the Income tax act,1961 @30% plus sc plus Ed.cess. Further, trusts, peace missions etc., which are started with the foreign resources with the only  intention to develop  a particular religion  or cast to be banned. So that the Black Money, corruption, Unjustified  and  un social activities can  be controlled.

Other wise, there is no use of conducting  the elections instead of waste of public money about ₹ 10,000/-crores and valuable  time.
