Central Government establishes a Development Council for Foundry Industry - Indian Laws - F. No. 14(27)/2011-LEI - S.O. 836(E)

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) ORDER New Delhi, the 15th March, 2017 S.O. 836(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with rules 2,3,4 and 5 of the Development Council (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby establishes a Development Council for Foundry Industry and appoints the following persons to be members of the said Council, for a period of two years from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette, namely:- 1.
