Central Government, establishes the Development Council for Sugar Industry for a period of two years - Indian Laws - F. No. 1(4)/2008-IP - S.O. 2844(E)

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) ORDER New Delhi, the 4 th December, 2008 S.O. 2844(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with rules 3, 4 and 5 of the Development Councils (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government, hereby establishes the Development Council for Sugar Industry for a period of two years from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette and appoints the following persons as Members of the said Council, namely: 1.
