Central Government amend the Newsprint Control Order, 2004 - Indian Laws - [F. No. 4(1)/2017 – Paper - S.O. 1861(E)

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) (PAPER SECTION) ORDER New Delhi, the 9th June, 2017 S.O. 1861(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Newsprint Control Order, 2004 namely:- In the said Order, in the Schedule, in item 4 relating to the name of the Mill and Location of the indigenous newsprint manufacturers, in the entry against serial number 46, for the letters and words M/s. V. G. Paper Boards Limited , the letters and words M/s. Venkatalakshmi Paper and Boards Private Limited, shall be substituted. [F. No. 4(1)/2017 Paper] VANDANA KUMAR, Jt. Secy.
