I am directed to refer to this Department's letter F.No. A-11018/50/ 85-Ad.IV dated 12th August, 1985, prescribing the recovery of cost at 1½ times of average cost for the posts created on cost recovery basis, and to say that in partial modification thereof, it has been decided that the cost of posts to be created for 100% Export Oriented Undertakings will be equivalent to the actual salary and emoluments of the staff deployed. 2. These orders will take effect from the date of issue. 3. Ministry's instructions issued under F.No. 305/105/85-FTT dated 10.6.1986 regarding sharing of cost by units in specified types of cases shall continue to operate.
