MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13 th March, 2006 S.O. 314 (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 8 of Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce), number S.O. 195(E) dated the 10th February, 2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 10th February, 2006, namely:- In the said notification, in the entry against serial number 1, for the words Additional Secretary to the Government of India , the words Special Secretary to the Government of India shall be substituted.
