MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION dated 19 July 2006 S.O.1148(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , and in supercession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce), number S.O. 1140(E), dated the 17th August, 2005 and the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number G.S.R 710(E) [107/2005-Customs (N.T)] dated the 7th December, 2005 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, and after the grant of the letter of approval under sub-section (10) of Section 3 to M/s. Nokia India Pvt.
