Central Government appoints the 29th day of September, 2015 as the date on which the provisions of Section 132 of the Finance Act 2015 shall come into force - F. No. 1/9/SM/2015 - S.O. 2363(E) - Indian LawExtract MINISTRY OF FINANCE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th August, 2015 S.O. 2363(E). -In exercise of powers conferred by Section 131 of the Finance Act, 2015 (20 of 2015), the Central Government hereby appoints the 29th day of September, 2015 as the date on which the provisions of Section 132 of the said Act shall come into force.
