Cochin, the 14th December, 2015 S.O. 3491(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Notification No. 33/94 Cus (NT) dated 1st July, 1994 , by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi under clause (a), Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , Arackappady Village of Kunnathunadu Taluk of Ernakulam District in Kerala State is hereby declared to be warehousing station under section 9 of the Customs Act 1962 for the limited purpose of setting up a 100% Export Oriented Undertaking as approved by the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
