Officers of the Dte. of Enforcement required to assist officers of Customs - 77 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 77 Dated 23/05/1964 In pursuance of clause (e) of section 151 of the Customs Act, 1962 , the Central Government hereby empowers and requires the officers of the Enforcement Directorate of Foreign Exchange Regulations specified below to assist officers of Customs in the execution of the said Act : - 1. Deputy Directors, Enforcement Directorate 2. Assistant Directors, Enforcement Directorate 3. Chief Enforcement Officers 4. Enforcement Officers 5. Assistant Enforcement Officers
