Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 0.228 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 10.221 hectares - sector specific Special Economic Zone for Electronic Hardware, Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services Sector at Village Behrampur and Balola, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana - S.O. 2788(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th August, 2016 S.O. 2788(E). -Whereas, M/s. Mikado Realtors Private Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Electronic Hardware, Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services Sector at Village Behrampur and Balola, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , had notified an area of 11.033 hectares and de-notified 0.584 hectares area from the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notifications Numbers S.O. 2724 (E) dated 29th October, 2009 and S.O. 2827 (E) dated 23rd November, 2010; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Mikado Realtors Private Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 0.228 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone; AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Haryana has given its approval to the proposal vide their letter Nos. Memo No. SEZ/Mikado Realtors Pvt. Ltd/GGN/10038-A dated 22.07.2016 Memo No. SEZ/Mikado Realtors Pvt. Ltd./GGN/10664-A dated 04.08.2016; AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Noida Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 0.228 hectares of the Special Economic Zone; NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 0.228 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 10.221 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:- TABLE S.
