MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th September, 2016 S.O. 2915(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Constitution (One Hundred and First Amendment) Act, 2016 , the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th day of September, 2016 as the date on which the provisions of section 12 of the said Act shall come into force.
