MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) New Delhi Notification No. 13/2013 Dated 29-8-2013 GSR 578(E),- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 49 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, number GSR 440(E), dated the 1st July, 2005 , namely:- In the said notification, for the words, brackets, letters and figures clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 12 and its proviso , the words, brackets, letters and figures clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 12 , Section 12A shall be substituted.
