In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules. 2017, the Commissioner of State Tax, Tamil Nadu hereby extends the period for filing intimation in FORM GST CMP-01 under sub-rule (1) of rule (3) of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 201 7 upto 16th August, 2017.
