NOTIFICATION KA.NI.-2-751/XI-9(15)/17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(01)-2017 Lucknow: Dated: June 21, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P Act no. 1 of 2017) , the Governor is pleased to appoint the 22 nd day of June, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 10 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 139 , 146 and 164 of the said Act shall come into force.
