Waiver the late fee payable persons who failed to furnish the return in FORM GSTR-3B. - 28/017-State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, the 6th September 201 7 Notification No. 28/017 - state Tax No. F-10-72/2017/CT/V (122). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) , the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby waives the late fee payable under section 47 of the said Act , for all registered persons who failed to furnish the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July, 2017 by the due date.
