(Ms) No. 169 Dated: 15.11.2017 Aippasi- 29 Thiruvalluvar Aandu, 2048 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No. 10/2017 [Rc.085/2016Taxation/Al], dated the 13th October, 2017, issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, Government of Tamil Nadu, namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 15th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 24th day of December, 2017 shall be substituted.
