GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Jaipur, Dated December 19, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 68 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017) read with rule 138 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and notification number F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-IV-145 dated 18 th December, 2017 issued by the State Government, I, Alok Gupta, Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, hereby notify http://ewaybill.nic.in as the portal under clause (1) of the said notification for facilitating e-way bill.
