Government of Bihar Notification The 7th March 2018 S.O.149, dated 7th March 2018- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the Commercial Taxes Department, Notification No. S.O. 126 dated the 23rd January, 2018 published in the Bihar Gazette, vide number 51 dated the 23rd January, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 7th March, 2018.
