MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st March, 2018 S.O. 1433(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 of the Finance Act, 2018 (13 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2018 as the date on which the Part I of Chapter VIII of the Act shall come into force.
