Act-01-2017, Order-(145)-2018 Lucknow : Dated : September 27, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. act no 1 of 2017), on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, the Governor, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No. KA.NI.-2-854/XI-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-01-2017, Order-(21)-2017 dated 30 June 2017, and last amended vide notification No. KA.NI.-2-1303/XI-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-01-2017, Order-(129)-2018 dated 12 July 2018, namely : - Amendment In the said notification for the figures letters and words 30 th day of September 2018 , the figures letters and words 30 th day of September, 2019 shall be substituted.
