MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20 th November, 2018 S.O. 5808(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29A of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide number S.O. 1693 (E) dated the 3rd October, 2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 3rd day of October, 2007, namely:- 2. In the said notification, for serial numbers (2) and (3) and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:- (2) Shri Alok Samantarai, Director General of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi. Member (3) Ms. Mausumi Ray Bhattacharya, Director General of Commercial Audit and Ex-officio Member Audit Board-II, Kolkata, Old Nizam Palace, 1st Floor, 234/4 Acharya J. C.
