Seeks to partially mend notification No. 37/2017-Customs dated 30.06.2017 in order to exempt BCD and IGST for imports by NTRO. - 81/2018-Customs - Customs -Tariff

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 81/2018-Customs New Delhi, the 17th December, 2018 G.S.R. 1214(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 37/2017-Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 722(E), dated the 30th June, 2017 , namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, - (i) against serial number 6, in column (3), for the figures 2019 , the figures 2022 shall be substituted; (ii) against serial number 7, in column (3), for the figures 2019 , the figures 2022 shall be substituted.
